So we’re weeks into the New Year and most have probably already blown their resolution to lose a few pounds and exercise.  I try to get some sort of work out in after work, but getting home after 6:30 each night makes it difficult.  You know the drill, you get home its dark, and you’re tired….  What if you could get in a couple healthy exercises during the day at work?  How is that possible?  Well I found this info at Goodhouskeeping.com.  You might look a little silly but who knows in a couple months you may start to turn heads after losing all the weight. check it out here.
