Ever heard of anyone climbing UP Niagara Falls?  Until this past week it had never been before.  That all changed when Canadian ice climber Will Gadd used only ice hooks to climb up the 147-foot cliff at Terrapin Point next to the American Falls on the U.S. side.

Gadd checked out the location and planned the climb during the summer.  The only way he could do the climb was on a very cold winter day because the ice is so thick it's perfect for a climb.  That day came earlier this week and check out to see how it went.
