
This New York State Television Sports Reporter Is Leaving
Next week will be the final week on the air at Channel 4 in Buffalo, New York for a popular reporter.
It is a busy time of the year for sports fans as there are so many great things happening. Major League Baseball is in spring training, the NFL combine is underway with the draft coming in a few weeks. The NBA and NHL are in the final stretch to the playoffs and you can't forget March Madness!

Sara Holland announced that she will be leaving Channel 4 and this week posted that her final days with the station are coming.
"Next week will be my final week at News 4, and I’m struggling to find the words to express how much this city has meant to me. Buffalo welcomed me with open arms when I moved here for college (go bulls). Being so far from home was daunting, but Buffalo quickly became my second home".
Buffalo, New York has a long broadcast history with some of the biggest names in radio and TV making a career here or at least spending some time on-air here.
This week marked the 10,000th episode of The Price Is Right. It is a little known fact that Rod Roddy, the voice behind "come on down" was once a radio personality on the famous WKBW radio in Buffalo, New York.
