Bills Head Coach Sean McDermott told the media that Josh lost his grandmother on Saturday evening. After hearing that news, a Bills fan suggested that Bills Mafia donated $17 to Oishei Children's Hospital in Buffalo in his grandma's honor and boy did the mafia step up!


According to several reports, over $19,000 has been donated to the children's hospital.

This is not the first time Bills Mafia members stepped up and made donations. This past September, Bills' fans donated over $14,000 to Concussion Legacy Foundation in honor of former Buffalo Bill Ryan Fitzpatrick, who lost his mother that week. Read More Here

Bills' fans also made over $7000 in donations to the Alzheimer's Association of WNY after a Baltimore radio host called the Buffalo, "A City of Losers" Mafia Members found out that the host had a pinned Tweet showing support for Alzheimer's awareness. Read More Here

Bills fans also raised $50,000 for Andy Dalton's charity in 2017 when the Bengals upset the Ravens sending the Bills to the playoffs for the first time in 17 years.  Read More Here

The biggest donations were in honor of mega Bills fan Poncho Billa, where Bills Mafia members raised over $90,000 to help The Teacher's Desk which helped fill 9000 backpacks for kids in need.
