Time For Another Winter Classic!

Another Winter Classic game will take place on New Year's Day...

The fourth installment of the Winter Classic will take place at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The game will feature the Pittsburgh Penguins vs. the Washington Capitals and will be televised on NBC.

The change that takes place is quite remarkable installing an ice rink on a football field in the middle of winter. The transformation took place beginning last Thursday night after the Steelers played the Panthers.  I found this time lapse video on Yahoo that shows the work being done to prepare for the 2011 Winter Classic!
