Today In Country Music History: Give It Away

According to CMT.com it was today back in 2005 that Jamey Johnson, Bill Anderson, and Buddy Cannon sat down to write George Strait's 41st number one hit, "Give It Away".

It brought home the "Song Of The Year" and "Single Of The Year" awards at the ACMAs in 2007.

If you look closely to the video, you can see that the clean cut gentleman standing next to George Strait is the one and only Jamey Johnson.
