One of the best characteristics of country music artists,  is generosity. But another that is largely unique is the accessibility of the artists as well. Even during a global COVID pandemic, the stars of country music have found a way to stay connected with fans, even it it can't be in person.

Since the news about cancellations and postponements began early this spring, the Country Music Association and its artists have been working hard to find ways to bring the music to you, the fans. This Wednesday, July 1st, the stage will be set to highlight just how genuine and accessible the artists and songwriters of country music are.

“CMA Summer Stay-Cay Presented by Budweiser Nitro Gold” will feature artist performances, interviews, games and some great conversations with your favorite country stars from today and a few veteran artists as well.

One of the conversations that I have the pleasure of hosting is with Tracy Lawrence.

Tracy Lawrence is a perfect example of an artist who is not only passionate about country music and it's roots, but also has a down-right love for the fans. Tracy's career has spanned over 3 decades and has taken him from being a CMA Awards New Artist nominee in 1993, to owning his own label and his latest single, "When The Cowboy's Gone."

CMA Fest 2020 had to be canceled due to the outbreak of COVID 19. Until we are able to enjoy it in person, artists like Tracy Lawrence are ready to share their favorite CMA Fest memories, favorite performances and some advice for those young stars who will have to wait until 2021 to experience the thrill of meeting thousands of fans in just one weekend in Nashville.

Get your family together. Grab a cold drink and your laptop, smart TV or phone and be ready for an incredible evening of live country music! “CMA Summer Stay-Cay Presented by Budweiser Nitro Gold” starts at 6pm Eastern!
