I have been a fan of Trisha's ever since I heard her voice for the very first time. Back in 1995 when I did the afternoon-drive show on WYRK, I had Trisha Yearwood in the studio with me for a live interview. It was the very day her single, "XXX's and OOO's (She's An American Girl) was released to country radio. I had the honor of being one of the first country radio personalities in the United States to play the record for the very first time. It was one of the highlights of my radio career.
