US Postal Rates Set To Increase On Sunday

On January 27th, 2019 The United States Postal Service will increase rates on shipping services and on the cost of postage.

The amount of increase depends on the product. Here is a breakdown of the proposed increases from the USPS.

The cost of Forever stamps will also increase from .50 to .55. It is the biggest price increase since 1991.

The Postal Service lost nearly 4 million dollars in 2018. It has posted a loss in profit for 12 straight years.
