In that light, our Val Townsend spoke with Valerie Nowak, CEO of Harmonia Collaborative Care, about what they're doing to continue serving WNY during the COVID-19 pandemic. Harmonia specializes in behavioral health and senior care, but their licensed and experienced counselors cater to anyone age 13 and up with a wide array of mental health conditions.

Val will speak with Val Nowak every week for four weeks, providing a brief look into how they're able to still provide their services to their current clients, what they're able to do for those currently seeking help, and general information and resources about mental health practices that can help everyone who may be struggling right now.

Today Val and Val discussed how people can take care of themselves mentally while still needing to stay relatively isolated.
