Wedding Cakes Made from Cheese Are a Hot Trend in Wisconsin

I thought I've seen it all at weddings.  I've seen some strange things go on, people wearing different things, but I've never heard of this.  A hot trend in Wisconsin is apparently to have a wedding cake made of cheese.

No...I'm not talking about a cheese cake.  I'm not even talking about a real cake that's shaped like cheese.  These are real wheels of cheese that are stacked and made to look like a real cake.

According to this video from WKOW, you have to be careful which cheeses you choose as softer cheeses don't work as well, but if you're a hard cheese lover, you might just want to consider this for your wedding!
