Western New Yorkers Are Breaking This Rule At Wegmans
On Friday, the Bills Mafia filled Wegmans stores across Western New York looking for the newly released Buffalo Bills-themed Fisher Price Little People set.
Many people were looking forward to getting one of these sets; however, the struggle was real for one person attempting to snag a set.

WHAT ARE FISHER PRICE LITTLE PEOPLE?
The "Little People" series of toys and figures are smaller versions of real things that kids can play with. It’s not just for kids, though…adults like to collect these sets, too! Currently, the "Little People" collection consists of playsets, mini-sets and accessories, books, CDs, and DVDs.
WHO IS IN THIS SEASON OF THE BUFFALO BILLS THEMED LITTLE PEOPLE?
According to Twitter, the new set will feature Dawson Knox, Von Miller, Josh Allen, and a member of the Bills Mafia.
HOW MUCH ARE THE LITTLE PEOPLE SETS?
The sets cost $24.99 each, but a portion of the proceeds ($10 from every set) will be donated to Oishei Children’s Hospital of Buffalo Foundation.
WHERE YOU CAN FIND THE BILLS THEMED LITTLE PEOPLE SET
According to Wegmans, the sets will be sold while they last at Wegmans stores in Buffalo, Rochester, and Syracuse. They are officially on sale as of Friday morning.
And people are going crazy over these sets…with lines waiting outside of the Wegmans before they open.
Several people managed to snag a set of the little people, but one person expressed that they weren’t entirely pleased with the process.
One Wegmans customer in Niagara Falls called into the radio station on Friday morning, and he said that one lady in front of him grabbed about 10-12 sets of the little people, worried that she would turn around and upcharge the sets online.
Based on this observation by the caller, she may have broken a rule at Wegmans.
THE RULE THAT WAS BROKEN AT WEGMANS
To double check this customer’s claim, I called Wegmans on Military Rd. in Niagara Falls, the same location he said he was shopping at.
Shane, one of the customer service workers at Wegmans, informed me that they do in fact have “a limit of 4 sets per transaction.”
Granted, 4 per transaction means that someone could go back and grab more, which may be what the customer witnessed on Friday morning.
You only hope that people who go back for more than 4 sets use them for good, rather than trying to resell them online for a high price tag.
