Wegmans To Permanently Close Pub Restaurants
It looks like stopping in for a quick bite to eat and a beer before you go grocery shopping has come to an end.
Wegmans has announced that they will be closing all 12 of their "Pub" restaurants permanently.
The "Pub" restaurants were closed temporarily because of COVID-19 and now they will remain closed.
According to CBS Philly, employees of the restaurants will not lose their jobs.
No employees will be laid off. Instead, they will be offered other positions in the company.
The only "Pub" restaurant in Western New York was located on Transit Road in East Amherst.
