It’s time once again for our Hometown Hero, with help from our friends at WNY Heroes who help us with our nominations every week.  This week, our Hometown Hero is from West Seneca, NY.  It’s United States Army Specialist James Cox!

James left for basic training in 2014, just three weeks after graduating high school. James spent four years in the Army as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal technician. After spending two and a half years at Fort Drum, James decided he wanted to become an officer and put in an application to attend West Point. He was given an appointment and is currently attending the academy and will graduate in 2022.

This week, we are honored to say thanks to James and name him our Hometown Hero of the week!

Thanks once again to United States Army Specialist James Cox, our Hometown Hero of the week!
