Winter Ain’t Over Yet! Here Comes The Snow Buffalo

It's not over just yet. As a matter of fact, the calendar says we still nearly 2 months left of winter. Get ready for a return of the snow and colder air this week as advisories and watches are part of the forecast!

As of 5 am on Monday morning, The National Weather Service was calling for the cold air to bring in a few inches of snow. A winter weather advisory has been issued for much of the region including Buffalo and the Southtowns.

There will definitely be a potential for some lake effect snow especially off of Lake Ontario which appears to have just about zero ice coverage.
