Jimmy Wayne has had quite the life. Not only is he a country music singer-songwriter, but he's also walked halfway across the country to raise awareness for homeless youth and has written a few children's books. Jimmy was a foster child as a kid once, himself.

Wayne scored two top 5 hits in 2003 and 2004 ("Stay Gone" and "I Love You This Much"). After a few years, Jimmy would have his only number one hit, "Do You Believe Me Now?".

"Do You Believe Me Now?" was released in March of 2008, off newly formed Big Machine label imprint, Valory. It climbed to number one on the Mediabase and Billboard country airplay charts by the second week of September.

Written by Tim Johnson, Joe West and Dave Pahanish, the song was off Jimmy's album of the same name.

It also went top 30 at AC radio, making it a crossover hit.

Wayne would chart four more times from 2008-2010. He would not record another album after his Sara Smile album in 2009 and instead, focused on other interests.

"Do You Believe Me Now?" was a song that pulled you in immediately. I remember so many people requesting it when it was out and was one of the biggest country hits of 2008.

Jimmy's also one of the nicest guys you will ever meet!
