4 Businesses That Need to Come to Buffalo ASAP

Exactly a year ago, I wrote up 4 businesses that Buffalo could use ASAP. Buffalo not only wanted these, but we needed them.

A year has gone by and 3 out of the 4 of them are planning on coming/came to Western New York. The list was Uber, Chick-Fil-A, Hofbräuhaus and Ikea. All of them came except for Ikea, so for the 2017 version of this list, they'll kick off the group this time around.

What else would you add to the list? (and just for the record---Swiss Chalet could/should be on this list)

Ikea
That place is amazing. The problem is you have to either go to a different country or the other side of the state to get to one. If you’ve been to IKEA, you know what we’re talking about

Jack In The Box
If you've never had Jack in the Box late at night with one of those burgers with the curly fries on it--you're missing out. We need to get that baby up here real fast!

Margaritaville
Tell me this wouldn't be a hit. Buffalo would totally embrace a Margaritavlle--it would be packed 24/7.
I mean, Syracuse and Cleveland have one. Next stop: Buffalo. Maybe they'll toss one in when they knock down Mickey Rats...

Mangia
Let me tell you about this one--because it is one of the best places I've ever been to dinner.
No, it's not Mangia in Orchard Park.
It's a company in only a few cities in America--that does something almost like a fake wedding.

There is only one time reservation for the entire place.
You go with your entire group of friends and the place is packed with the rest of other groups.
You get served family style like 8 different courses. There's a wine bar that goes mobile around to each group over and over.
Then the whole place gets up and dances. It's seriously a riot. Watch the video.
