There are a ton of photographable moments that 2020's thrown a curveball to -- graduations, moving-up days, anniversaries, weddings, birthdays and more.

But there's one place in Alden that's got a perfect backdrop for whatever the reason for a great 2020 photo.

The Whistle Stop Inn has created an 8-foot-tall "2020" large enough for even a properly socially-distanced group photo.

The Whistle Stop Inn has made the offer to the community to use their larger-than-life numbers for a unique photo opportunity. The numbers will be at Alden Town Park this Saturday May 16th from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., weather-permitting, according to their Facebook page.

The restaurant is asking people to "not touch or attach anything to our 8 foot tall backdrop."

Just because the event itself may have been canceled or postponed doesn't mean you should skip the photo op. Western New York has a ton of unique murals perfect for an outdoor photo shoot.

One of my favorite murals is 'Walking Back In Time, 2019,' by artist Logan Hicks. It's part of the Albright Knox Public Art Project, and located near the WYRK studios in downtown Buffalo.

Hicks, a world-renowned stencil-based muralist, used over 500 stencils and layers of paint to create the scene on view at Washington and E. Huron Street, according to WGRZ.

"It depicts scenes from downtown Buffalo, including a view of City Hall from Court Street, and renderings of Hicks' Buffalo-based family and friends, both living and deceased, as a homage to the city's past and future," reports WGRZ.
