The start of unrestricted NFL Free Agency will begin at 4 pm on March 16th. The time between the start of free agency and the NFL Draft is by far the most fun time of the offseason for fans.

The next eight weeks will feature plenty of speculation and intrigue, as teams try to fill holes and improve their rosters.

The Buffalo Bills will have some big decisions to make, as general manager Brandon Beane tries to fit players underneath the salary cap, as well as signing their free agents.

Wide receiver is one position the Bills could use this spring. Emmanuel Sanders and Isaiah McKenzie are both unrestricted free agents and there's no guarantee that Cole Beasley is back (one year remaining on his contract).

The only two receivers who are on the active roster, who are guaranteed to be on the team in September, are Stefon Diggs and Gabriel Davis.

The Bills also pass the ball...a lot. They need to make sure their wide receiver cupboard is stocked and there's a huge name that looks to be hitting the free agent market.

According to ESPN senior NFL insider, Adam Schefter, the Dallas Cowboys are likely to release Amari Cooper.

Cooper's due $20 million in guaranteed money by March 20th, and the Cowboys are struggling to fit players under the cap.

The move is clearly a cost-cutting measure.

Plenty of teams will call about Amari Cooper and one should be Brandon Beane and the Bills.

The Bills would have to maneuver pieces around but adding a receiver like Cooper would be an amazing addition to an already great offense.

Cooper is one of the league's best route runners and can play inside or outside. He's only 27 and caught 239 passes over the past three seasons with the Cowboys and that's with missing two games.
