Because of our recent Taste of Country BBQ nationals over the weekend, it seems like everyone in Western New York is going "BBQ Crazy" (myself included). Here in the Northeast, we really don't have the history of BBQ like they do in the South. But that doesn't mean you can only find great food down south. I found this video that I thought you might like about a new sensation down in Brooklyn, NY at a place called Bark's. No, it's not BBQ but it is pork.
