Become A Superhero, and Meet Some At This Food Drive For Feed More WNY

Saturday (5/8) is the big day for you to meet some of your favorite superheroes and to become one yourself with this food drive at the Walden Galleria.

How cool would it be to help out your community and have a superhero there to see you do it??

If you have little kids that love superheroes or maybe it's you that is a big fan of them, bring your kids out to the Walden Galleria tomorrow (5/8) with some non-perishable food items or a monetary donation.  There will be people dressed as your favorite superheroes to collect the food and take pictures to raise money.

Who does the food drive benefit?

The food drive will benefit Feed More WNY.  They are the infusion of the WNY Food Pantry and Meals on Wheels.  They provide home delivered meals and meal services for thousands of people in Western New York (and even their pets!). Who will be there?

The drive is being presented by  "Buffalo's Best Batman" and says that there will be other surprise guests there too.  This will be his 100th event.

11-2pm

Walden Galleria - Macy's Parking Lot

They will be accepting walk-up donations, but they will also have a drive-thru option too.  So if you're uncomfortable with close contact still, you can simply pull up and they will help you get it out of your car.

If you're one of the first 100 people there with a donation, you'll get a free poster to say thank you!
