The NFL off-season is well underway for most teams.

The NFL Scouting Combine will be held later this month, while the start of free agency is March 15th at 4 pm. The 2023 NFL Draft will be held from April 27-29.

However, the Bills are still finalizing their coaching staff for the next season. The team fired safeties coach Jim Salgado after the AFC Divisional round loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. They replaced Salgado with Joe Danna, who was the safeties coach of the Houston Texans in 2022.

The Bills also lost wide receivers coach Chad Hall, who accepted the same position with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Losing Hall, who was beloved by his players, means that the Bills are looking for a new wide receivers coach.  According to Tom Pelissero of The NFL Network, the Bills interviewed Broncos wide receivers coach Zach Azzanni on Monday.

Azzanni is also interviewing with the Jets today.

The reason Azzanni is interviewing for other jobs is because the Denver Broncos have a new head (Sean Payton) and there will be coaching changes on the staff, most likely.

It does appear the Bills will be keeping both offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey and defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier, who have come under fire from fans and some media members, due to the second-half season woes and the AFC Divisional round loss to the Bengals.

The Bills will not have much cap space to work with, as they will have to create cap space with restructured contracts to sign free agents and sign their own free agents.
