Blizzard Warning Issued In New York State

A massive storm is set drop over a foot of snow in Downstate New York and it will have a big impact on travel across the whole state.

The National Weather Service in New York has issued a blizzard warning for New York City and much of the region around the "Big Apple."

The warning is in place starting on Sunday and will last until Monday.

 Nor'easter Will Impact Travel Across New York State

While the whole state won't be dealing with massive snowfall, travel, especially air travel, will be impacted by this nor'easter.

With heavy snow across most of the East Coast, flights to major cities like New York City, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington, D.C. could be canceled or delayed.

Snow Expected All Week In New York State

We are expected to see snow for much of the state all next week. It looks like we will have a blast of winter to wrap up February.
