Buffalo Bandits fans were not too happy on Sunday night. The Buffalo Bandits won the championship on Saturday night and on SUNDAY at noon, there was a party to celebrate the Buffalo Bandits.

A lot of fans were complaining that there was no heads up or no time to plan for the event. The Bandits did post something on their Facebook page the morning of, but--it was a quick turn around time. It did not help that there were so many events already happening in downtown on Sunday--like the HOSPICE walk and the Micha Hyde Charity Softball game at Sahlen Field.

The party happened from noon until 2 pm on Sunday right outside of the Key Bank Center with the fans able to celebrate the players who were walking on the 'orange carpet', music, and even a small parade as the trophy made its way with players down Washington Street during the parade.

The Bandits won the championship last year and there was a parade that was scheduled weeks later after they had won the championship.

Next time more notice!! Would've loved to see a proper turn out for them like last year!! Proud of you boys!

1pm on a Sunday, the morning after the win. I was riding my bike around until 2am. And seen quite a bit of people wearing their bandits gear. I for sure thought the players would have celebrated too much last night, to be spry for the parade. I hope there could be another parade or celebration at the bisons lacrosse game this year

When is the Buffalo Bandits parade?

Though, Ray offered possibly some insight:

I believe they will do something june 27 because it’s lacrosse day at the bison’s probably something like last year
