Billboard Along the I-190 in Buffalo is Making People Talk

We're getting into the warmer weather weeks and months, even though it doesn't feel like that right now. The weather will turn much warmer and drier next week and we're about seven weeks away from summertime.

That means more people will be out and about, which means more driving and perhaps more looking up at the new billboards that are popping up around the City of Buffalo.

If you work in downtown Buffalo, then chances are you are taking your fair share of trips down the I-190.

There's a brand new billboard that has been put up along the I-190, heading into downtown Buffalo that is causing a stir.

Patrick Ryan of WIVB posted the billboard on his social media accounts, which shows what the billboard says.

"Welcome to Buffalo...Home of the Country's Most Hypocritical Union."

It says on the very bottom, "paid for by the Center of Union Facts."

This comes on the heels of reports that workers at Starbucks Corp. café in Buffalo, NY have petitioned to "oust" Workers United as their representative.

The decertification petition was filed this past Friday with the National Labor Relations Board, by the sixth Starbucks store in the Buffalo area to organize.

We will have to wait and see how this all unfolds and how long this billboard will stay up along the I-190 in the City of Buffalo, which is a prime location to be in front of as many drivers as possible.
