Don’t Be Upset If The Bills Do This In The 2023 NFL Draft
This might be the least fans and media know about what to expect, a week before the NFL draft in years.
We're less than one week away from the first round of the draft and we sill don't know what will happen, other than maybe number one overall, where the Carolina Panthers are expected to take Alabama quarterback Bryce Young with the first overall pick.
After that, it's anyone's guess. The Houston Texans may not take Ohio State quarterback C.J. Stroud after all and the Arizona Cardinals may trade out for a team needing a young, franchise quarterback.

The Buffalo Bills pick at 27 and there's truly no idea what will happen by that point.
There's a feeling this draft class is weaker than recent years. There's also the talk that this year's wide receiver and linebacker class both being weak, which just so happens to be the two positions most fans agree are positions of need by Buffalo; with offensive line and tight end also being positions the Bills could use next weekend.
Bills fans won't like it if it happens but do not be surprised if Buffalo ultimately trades down, and out of the first round altogether. That would means Bills fans watch the draft for three-plus hours with no Bills pick...
General manager Brandon Beane said on Tuesday that he was in Las Vegas, he would bet they trade down vs. trade up. Then you have the fact some other teams might want that pick, due to the fifth-year option in first round rookie contracts.
What if Tennessee quarterback Hendon Hooker falls to 27? Trade that to a team who will give the Bills an extra 3rd or 4th round pick -- maybe more, and then the Bills can get the player they want in round two.
Don't be surprised if the Bills do this next Thursday night.
