Lee Merkel was a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan.  So much so that he requested to be buried in a Buffalo Bills T-shirt.  But one of his other requests is the one that is raising eyebrows.

Merkel passed away at the age of 83 on Sunday but he has followed the Bills his whole life.  According to WKBW, he used to be a season ticket holder that would travel from Utica to Buffalo to watch the home games and even attended all 4 of Buffalo's appearances in the Super Bowl in the 90s.

So as you can imagine, and as many other Bills fans can sympathize, he's been let down by the organization time and time again.

That's what led him to ask to have this written in his obituary:

"Lee has requested six Buffalo Bills players as pall bearers so they can let him down one last time."

His son Mark says that he saw the idea from a Cleveland Browns fan who also added a similar line to his obituary.

Oh...and what did the shirt that he requested to be buried in say?

"Just One Before I Die."
