It all comes down to this.  The Buffalo Bills need a win against the Miami Dolphins but this weekend it might be an even bigger battle.

It's crazy how this season has turned out.  As Bills fans, we've endured awful losses to teams that the Bills should have easily beaten and massive wins against teams that many weren't giving them a chance to beat.  We've seen players emerge from nowhere to be a huge factor on the field and some that we thought would be staples on the team lost for the season to injury.

But here we are.  It's week 18 and somehow, the Bills still have a chance to control their destiny.  If they win in Miami, they will be able to win the AFC East and secure a spot in the playoffs as the 2 seed.  If they lose in Miami, they will need a loss by either the Jacksonville Jaguars or the Pittsburgh Steelers (or a tie from the Houston/Indianapolis game) to sneak their way in.

Just win.

But it looks like the Bills might have an extra competitor on the field this Sunday in addition to the Miami Dolphins.  While it feels like we are up against the refs just about every week, there might be a little more truth to it this weekend.

According to the Buffalo News, the Bills and the Dolphins will have the crew of Alex Kemp calling the game.  They throw the second most flags of any crew in the NFL (behind only the crew of Land Clark), but the bigger news is which direction those flags are thrown.  Kemp's crew averages 7.13 flags against the visiting team, the most of any crew.  That's not what you want to hear when you're on the visiting team.

It's bad news that could have a major impact on a game that could make or break the Bills season this year.
