Buffalo Electric Tower Stuck On Flash [WATCH]

Early Monday, a popular Buffalo landmark was light up with a blinking red light for a great show of support.

The Electric Tower was stuck on flash when I got to work and I had to share the video for those who can't travel in to the city or sleep in!
