Buffalo First Responders ‘Lights of Love’ At Oishei Children Hospital

Area first responders lit up the street below Buffalo's Oishei Children's Hospital tonight in the first "Lights of Love" event, meant to cheer up patients.

There was no emergency, but there was plenty of action.

WGRZ reports, "Thursday's Lights for Love celebrated Valentine's Day. Cars and trucks from the Buffalo Police Department, Buffalo Fire Department, Erie County Sheriff's Office, the NFTA and New York State Police, and ambulances will be there. First responders from more agencies planned to show up too."

Patients shined lights back from their rooms.
