There are some moments in life that just give you goosebumps.  This scene at BWI airport with the Buffalo Niagara Honor Flight is one of them.

The people you are about to see are veterans from World War II and the Korean War.  They were included on a flight from Buffalo to Washington DC to see memorials in our nation's capital.

It's part of a program called the Buffalo Niagara Honor Flight.

Recently on a trip that was headed back to Buffalo, these soldiers received a standing ovation and a hero's welcome like most have never seen.  You can even hear one of the gentlemen say, "This is unbelieveable.  We've never had this honor..."

If you have someone that you think would like to take a Buffalo Niagara Honor Flight, click here to fill out the application.  They are free for these soldiers.  Soldiers from WWII, the Korean War, and terminally ill veterans from all wars are given priority on these flights.
