The Most Expensive Home for Sale in Cheektowaga [PHOTOS]

The real estate market has been rough for buyers for a while, but lately, those who are selling homes and apartments are finding some trouble with selling.

The prices of homes and apartments have hit a point where people are choosing to stay in the places they have now, which is also hurt by inflation and the rising cost of nearly everything, especially food.

There are some great homes with either great new features or historic features, which are spending a while on the market. One of the most coveted properties in Cheektowaga is listed on Zillow right now for just under $800,000 and has been on the market for 135 days.

It's currently the most expensive home for sale in Cheektowaga and sits along Union Road.

It was built in 1947 and features a huge front yard, which gives it a historic feel. The drive way and parking area has plenty of space for vehicles as well.

The inside is like stepping back in time. It encapsulates Cheektowaga in the 50's and 60's. Taking a virtual tour, I just want to imagine what this home was like during the holidays in those decades. Cheektowaga, Depew, West Seneca and Lancaster are the most Buffalo-like suburbs with nostalgia and traditions; which also are signified by the post WWII built homes you find in these communities.

It's truly a great place to live with a great location being along Union Road.
