Buffalo Ranks First Among Medium Sized Airports

Knock on wood...I've had very few problems flying out of the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. Flights are normally on time, there never is a ridiculous wait for luggage and there is always a place open to grab a quick bite or drink! It seems that J.D. Power agrees too!

Buffalo was ranked first amongst medium airports in a report released by J.D. Power. The J.D. Power 2018 North America Airport Satisfaction Study,^SMlooked over six different factors including, in order of importance:

Terminal facilities
Airport accessibility
Security check
Baggage claim
Check-in/baggage check;
Food, beverage, and retail.

The overall report favored well for the industry itself with overall satisfaction finishing 12 points higher than the previous year.
