Evander Kane keeps finding himself in some hot water after a couple of incidents in Buffalo.

Back in December, a woman claimed Kane assaulted her at the Buffalo Marriott HarborCenter downtown. Kane was cleared in the criminal investigation into the incident months ago, but the woman is now suing him. Kane's attorney, Paul Cambria, says he is preparing a false claims countersuit for his client against the woman.

Fast forward to June 24. Evander Kane allegedly refused to leave Bottoms Up in downtown Buffalo over a month ago, causing an incident that brought against him charges that include four counts of non-criminal harassment and one count of criminal trespass.

The Buffalo Sabre has been arraigned before Buffalo City Court recently, where he was released and is due back September 9. If he is convicted, he could face a maximum of 90 days in jail. See the police reports here.
