Buffalo Sabres’ Evander Kane Will Sit Out Tonight’s Game After Oversleeping During Practice
The Buffalo Sabres say left winger Evander Kane will not be playing against Ottawa Senators after missing practice on Monday. According to CBC:
Coach Dan Bylsma says Kane attended the NBA All-Star Game in Toronto on Sunday night and slept in the next morning, missing practice. Bylsma says he is "disappointed" that the forward broke a team rule.
The 24-year-old Kane has 16 goals and 8 assists in 47 games with Buffalo this season after being acquired from Winnipeg last year.
