They have completed major trades, see players come and go, and re-signed several free agents.

Here is a list of all their moves so far according to Syracuse.com:

TRADE

WR Stefon Diggs - Buffalo is sending their 1st-round pick, a 5th-round pick, a 6th-round pick and a 2021 4th-round pick to Minnesota in exchange for Diggs and a 2020 7th round pick.

SIGNED

Edge Rusher:  Mario Addison. Addison has had nine sacks or more in the last four seasons with the Panthers.

LB A.J. Klein Klein previously played for Sean McDermott on the Carolina Panthers.

CB Josh Norman, the former 5 round pick of the Panters played under Sean McDermott for 4 seasons.

NEWS

Bills will not tender Isaiah McKenzie as RFA

Shaq Lawson to sign with Dolphins. It was reported that Lawson will remain in the AFC East with Miami on a 3-year, $30 million deal.

RE-SIGNED

G Quinton Spain Spain signed a three-year deal worth $15 million to remain in Buffalo.

RESTRUCTURED

TE Tyler Kroft  Kroft’s contract gets reduced in 2020 from $5.6 million due to just $4 million with $3.4 million guaranteed

OPTION EXERCISED

IOL Spencer Long Buffalo picked up Spencer Long’s option for $4.25 million.
