Here is a recipe that my buddy Todd gave us today....sounds great!! If you have any other quick recipes to share....send em our way!!

CORN DIP:
1 small can mexicorn w/juice
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1c helmann's mayo-do not substitute
4 oz. shredded monterey jack cheese
...mix together & bake @ 350 for 20-30 minutes
serve with tortilla chips or scoops
