County ‘Erie Grown’ Program Helps Local Farmers

Farmers in Erie County have been hit hard by the coronavirus outbreak, so the county has started an initiative to promote local farmers called "Erie Grown."

The new Erie Grown website helps people locate what kinds of items are available to purchase at local farms.

WIVB reports, "[Mark] Poloncarz says all the farms are complying with CDC and Erie County Health Department requirements to keep their staff and customers safe from COVID 19."
