Couple Gets Extra $140,000 By Including Their Cat In the Sale of Their Home [VIDEO]

Would you include your family pet in the sale of your home?  That's what this Melbourne couple did.  Michael and Fran Perceval's cat Tiffany happened to be lounging around their 2 million dollar, five bedroom home when interested buyers were walking through the home.

The potential buyers gave them a 'cat clause' asking that Tiffany be included with sale because their child fell in love with her.  The clause included an additional bid of $140,000 extra ($120,000 US) if the cat was included with the sale.  Needless to say the sellers accepted the offer.

Tiffany will continue to live in her home with new owners.
