Crazy Woman Tries To Get Away With WHAT?! [VIDEO]

Some people are just plain stupid. I can't tell if this lady is just stupid or weird though.

Believe it or not, there is a lot of fraud in Russia on their roadways (accidents, for example), so many people in Russia get a dash cam for their cars.

I bet this guy never thought he would have to rely on his dash cam to get him out of this one. A woman ran up to this car, which stopped far short of making contact with her, and began to simulate a hit. She slammed her fists on the hood, which was unconvincing, as she was standing in front of a car at a dead stop.

I don't think the police bought it either, LOL!
