Take A Trip To Spain With This Kalimotxo Drink
As we head into the weekend, many of us will enjoy an adult beverage. So we decided to high light different drinks you can enjoy all weekend long.

Looking for an international flavor to your weekend? Check out this week's drink of the week. This is a very popular drink in Spain and it is easy to make. It is called a Kalimotxo (Calimocho)
All you really need for this drink are two things...first, you need a good red wine. I went with Apothic Red. It is a little sweet and a very good red blend. Take 4oz of the red wine and pour into a glass full of ice. Then you want to add 2oz of Coke or Pepsi. I used Cherry coke to add some cherry flavor to the drink. Stir it up and enjoy. Some people call this a poor man's sangria.
If you want to try and make your own Kalimotxo, Apothic Red and all Apothic wines are on sale now at Best Value in the Wegman's Plaza in West Seneca, Wine and Liquor Chateau in the Dash' plaza in Williamsville, and Midnight Liquor in the Covin/Eggert plaza in Tonawanda.
