It is Valentine's Day weekend and this Valentine's day will be much different than in years due to the Pandemic. Since most of us will be stuck home celebrating I decided to show you how to make a "New York Sour"

The base for a "New York Sour" is a good red wine which is why I went with the Aphotic Merlot. This is a perfect wine for this drink.

To make a "New York Sour" start with 2oz of Borbon and put it into a shaker filled with glass. Then add 2oz of Sweet and Sour mix and shakeup.

Pour the mix into a glass full of ice and now comes the fun part. Take a spoon and slowly pour the red wine slowly over the back of the spoon into the glass. This will help layer the wine over the mix.

Now you have a perfect drink...A "New York Sour"
