It was a bye week for the Buffalo Bills, and one player decided to pull off a surprise engagement with the extra time this week.

It has not been an easy year for the Buffalo Bills. With injuries occurring early in the season, many of our key players have not been able to play as much as they have in the past.

Matt Milano suffered a knee injury, Taylor Rapp had a scary neck injury, and Dawson Knox was placed on injury reserve after undergoing surgery for a broken list.

On the bright side, Knox is hoping to return to the football field for Week 14 when the Buffalo Bills take on the Kansas City Chiefs.

And with the joyous news, there’s no doubt that Dawson Knox will return feeling like he’s on Cloud 9!

Bills TE Surprises Girlfriend With Romantic Proposal

On November 30, Dawson Knox proposed to his girlfriend Alex Seefeldt, and it was a beautiful proposal that most people dream of.

Over the weekend, Knox and Seefeldt shared pictures and videos from the big day, going Instagram official with the announcement.

“I have found the one whom my soul loves. When you know, you know… and it was only a matter of months before I realized that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with this woman. She’s loved me at my worst, and helps sharpen me to be at my best. She’s a direct representation of God’s love, and I thank Him every single day for her,” Knox shared on Instagram.

Seefeldt shared the video soon after, calling it the “easiest yes of [her] life.”

When Did Knox And Seefeldt Start Dating?

It’s unclear how long the couple has been together, but the two made their relationship public on Instagram on June 30.

Who Is Dawson Knox’s Fiancé?

Alex Seefeldt is a Buffalo native and a Bills fan, of course! She graduated high school from the Buffalo Academy of the Sacred Heart, and she continued her education at the University of Buffalo’s School of Public Health and Health Professions. Seefeldt graduated college with a bachelor’s degree in science in 2021.

Seefeldt has worked part-time at Master Khechen’s Martial Arts Academy for the last 9 years, according to her account on LinkedIn.

Congratulations to soon-to-be Mr. and Mrs. Knox!
