Empty Buffalo Mansion to Become a Performing Arts Center for Canisius High

Buffalo is a city filled with unique architecture and it’s exciting when one of our older buildings are chosen for the use of something new. Channel 7 reported today a Buffalo mansion that has been vacant for some time will become the home of Canisius High Schools new performing arts center.
Connors Mansion at Delaware and Ferry will undergo renovations and feature classrooms, the rehearsal space a recording studio and art gallery.
This is a great way to keep the charm of the city – updating the old to make new again. Let’s hope we can continue to do similar projects in buildings that need attention
