Ex-boyfriend Uses Billboard To Get Back At Girl

Does freedom of speech allow you to say anything you want, whenever you want?  Even though freedom of speech is guaranteed by the constitution, there is also such a thing as 'good taste'.  A young man in New Mexico recently used a billboard to slam his ex-girlfriend for allegedly having an abortion.  He put his message up for the whole town to see.  Now even if this is true, why would someone do such a nasty thing?  To me, this guy's actions are in bad taste.  He should be a real man and suck it up and move on and keep his opinions to himself.
