What a weird story this is.

Paul Ceglia from Buffalo dubbed as the "Facebook Fugitive" was arrested in the US after he claimed that he gave Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook some startup money in the amount of $1,000.

He was arrested on fraud charges in the United States in 2012, and then fled to Ecuador and was arrested there last year.

Now, that he got out of jail in Ecuador, he is trying to get back to the U.S., but a judge has denied the request. According to WKBW:

In an apparent criticism of the United States, Ecuadorian President Lenín Moreno referred in a recently released letter to cases when the U.S. didn't heed Ecuador's own requests for the extradition of citizens who allegedly committed crimes.
