If inmates at Florida's Polk County Jail want to wear underwear, they'll have to pay for it.   Under a new policy Sheriff Grady Judd says he can save 45-thousand dollars a year by selling underwear to the inmates instead of giving it to them.  Briefs will cost $2.48.  They'll charge $4.50 for boxers.

The county jail is also saving money in other areas by taking down basketball hoops, cutting down on TV channels and now serves less expensive food to the inmates.
