If you're going through some tough times, there is one church that is really helping people out across Western New York--no questions asked, just offering help.

The Episcopal Church of the Good Shepard

96 Jewett Pkwy, Buffalo, NY 14214

It's once a month, you get two bags of cat or dog food per family and sometimes treats/toys as well. (Sometimes there will be other kinds of pet foods as well).

The pantry is held on the first Sunday of every month and there is a service at 2:30 PM and then the food is handed out afterwards.

Anyone who can help donate supplies they can purchase right here at Pet Supplies Plus  Delaware Avenue location or drop off pet food at the church at 96 Jewett Pkwy in Buffalo.

WIVB compiled a list of other organizations and churches that will help you out for free pet food for those in need as well in Alden, East Aurora, Lockport and Warsaw.
