Garth Brooks Writes Song For AGT Finalist

Two weeks ago when singer Michael Ketterer advanced to the finals of America's Got  Talent, Simon Cowell sent out a "shout out" to Garth Brooks to write him a song to sing on the Finals broadcast.  Wednesday night we found out Garth Brooks came thru.

Ketterer is a pediatric nurse, a husband and father to six, five of whom he adopted when he found out they weren't getting the care they deserved.  America has fallen in love with him and his voice and Simon Cowell was so moved by his performance in the semi-finals it brought him to tears.

Michael Ketterer made it to the Top 5, but came up short of winning the $1-million grand prize.

"Courage To Love" is the song Garth wrote and Ketterer performed it live Wednesday night.
