61st Erie County Home Sold for Over $1 Million
One of the newest homes built along Nottingham Terrace has become the 61st house this year, in Erie County, to sell for more than $1 million.
According to documents filed Oct. 22 in the Erie County Clerk's office, the S. O’Neill Revocable Trust paid $2.5 million for a four-bedroom house at 103 Nottingham Terrace in Buffalo’s Delaware District.
The 5,414-square-foot house, constructed in 1987, had been owned by James and JoAnne Biltekoff, according to county documents.
Sales of homes valued at more than $1 million are considered key economic benchmarks within the Buffalo Niagara residential real estate industry.
In September, Erie County recorded its 58th $1 million-plus home sale, besting a record set last year.
